Well be logical, do you REALLY consider The Wind on the same level as Redemption.

 

Sage is better is better than shadow ninjutsu for these reasons
Can't be countered
Hit stun is amazing
The fastest charging guard breaker in game+360 degrees
Invisible range
Since the user is only casting flames 3 hit drop kick juggles are a thing now
Can pressure the hell out of people
Angles are godly
Grab barely moves you
Though slow has nice hit stun to back it up think about(blood wind)

 

Lol shallow tiger has nice recoveries a reset and one of the highest damage outputs in game but u have to be very aggressive or you won't make any kills so what t about A-

Just my opinion that most people disagree with:
Redemption is, in no way, A tier. Maybe B.
It's honestly just my play style. It's very slow and the combos don't move you up much. And the biggest flaw is in it's launcher: kinda hard to juggle with and no bu.

I literally get a mental hard-on when I fight Sage due to the fact that my play style is so good against it and that people equip it thinking they're going to have an ultimate advantage when in reality I abuse the fact that it is slow by utilizing jump kick/jump drift spam and minor lure and lots of times don't even get halved in HP. Also lots of the A- scrolls Should be A+.

Sorry, I meant some A Tier scrolls should be relocated to A+, not a relocation of A- scrolls.

White Fang (Strongly think this is an A+. Long combos, VERY abusive pressure if used right, very dominant CZ)
Shaolin Crane
El Luchador
Stinger
Praying Mantis
Telos
Tempest (Once someone learns this scroll, it's A+ Tier for sure. Instant counter launcher, the CZ hitbox, etc)
Inferno
Muay Boran* (Also A+. Very nice scroll overall. Lot's of people complain about it and there's reasons for that!)
Volador* (A+ as F**K)
Wing Chun (In the right hands this is A+, but most of the time people who use it execute A Tier strength with it.
Born (One of my main 1v1 scrolls. Have you ever tried spamming the punch combo in fights? Jesus...)

All scrolls in BOLD are the scrolls that I feel are A+ tier.

 

Are you sure you're talking about redemption? Redemption's launcher is probably the best 3 hit launcher in the game. It's safe on block and can be delayed into the next century.

 

The reach on the kicks alone are ridiculous.

 

Also why didn't you copy Branz's tier list. That one was a lot better in terms of giving reasons why some scrolls were where they are.

Alright I'll switch out for Branz. I wasn't sure if he planned on remaking his thread since he's still active.

 

Don't switch, put both, but have Branz's first.
