Alright so how is it now?

 

Electro I would put at either A or A+ Ranking simply because the scroll has so many safe options. The mix-ups are simply unreal. You can cover so many options it's a brain dead scroll.

• It's launcher not only stuns; it can angle, you can angle it and use the flurry kick at the end to escape punishing.

• You can purposely use the launcher then flurry kick to launch the opponent anyway.

• It's full juggle with the Kick combo does a lot of damage.

• The flurry kick after its launcher has massive delay.

• The punch combo fully charged guard breaks

• It has a quick kp for edge maps that angles really well and can be charged to guard break also.

• It's counter is multi-step and grounds the opponent.

• The punch combo can be delayed severely after the 2nd hit.

It lacks super reliable damage(main abuse tool in A+ tier scrolls) but its unique properties of shutting down scrolls offensive tactics and speed coupled with pressure in the punch combo sets it apart from its brother Leviathan as a completely "punish based scroll"

 

Didn't even look at the rest hun. I was only talking about Kingpins placement. And some of the other bolded scrolls. Obviously PKK is better than persona and Wing Chun outshines Abyss lol.

Make sure you put the scrolls I had in bold in bold, because I'm not completely sure about the rank
Include Electro in bold also
And Tayeus should recieve credit solely because he still did majority of these really well

 

My word...Now I begin to understand why everyone calls my way of playing erratic and unpredictable I just assumed that every scroll can be countered mid combo,so I basically would stop pushing buttons block for a second and continue completely throwing people off.

It's amazing how playing certain original scrolls can affect your play style.

 

I think we should stop trying to adjust the rankings on the tier lists and start making more guides on how to use the scroll(s). There's too many opinions around Rumble Fighter from '07 to '16. We are humans; we judge based on different views and experiences. Pushing scrolls up and down have been a problem for quite some time--no we can't agree on a guide that everyone likes because there will be that one person or a group of people who will have different views. And that person using their favorite scroll seeing it A+ would be happy. Someone seeing it B- would feel slightly pushed. C..I think you get the point.
TL DR
Leave the tier list as is..change it..all up to you, the community, heck if I care. When people ask why is such and so here, you'll need something to refer to, or just tell them once again.

This link above is to Galdeira's (Tayeus) old works. It still helps even to this day. I'm not exactly looking at the tier list, but at the guides. This is what I personally think we should be doing.
