I've tried to create an account to be able to play with my friends, but I'm not being allowed to log in?
I purposely ignored an upper case letter to see if that was the case. It specifically tells you "wrong email and/or password". I cannot log in with or without the uppercase letter. When using the right password, I get Network 004 as an error. When using the wrong pass, I get the password error.. Something is wrong with the login.
It seems every new account gets this Network error 004 I just made a new account to check and yeah same error. GM's will need to look into it
We are currently aware that there seems to be an issue with the servers today that is currently affecting all RedFox Games. Our developers are currently looking into the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience we will continue to update the community.
Update: The servers are now stabilized. We will continue to monitor the issue. Players can log back in game now. Thankyou for being patient during the server issue.
At the launcher menu, I try to click "Start Game" doesn't let me even enter the game. Is that apart of the Issue too?
I took a video trying to login with a new account, it seems any new account that has been created for the past week is getting this error.
Update: We are doing a quick Server Restart now to see if this will fix Network Error #004 issue that some players are experiencing.
Update: Servers are now open once again and unfortunately the error for new registered users still persist. We have put on an official notice regarding this issue. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and will update the community once it has been fixed. All previously registered accounts should still be able to log in game.
