This is to exchange for the Infinite Vaisravana Costume from Infinite Dungeon. You can exchange it by going to Infinite Helper Lei Woodo in Loulan on the F11 Resource Tab, or go to the Infinite Dungeon waiting area and click on the NPC. Otherwise if you click on the question mark tool tip on the item, you can see if that item has any resource or create trades.
This is an item that increases create chance by 200%(200% increase of base chance) for 30 seconds. It's like a Tenderstone but for create.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i should not sold my 2pcs of this then how come the duration is 10mins but the chance is only 30 seconds.
Is there another way to go to where the mobs are? I spoke to the chief's granddaughter and she can't teleport me. Edit: Nevermind. I got it working. It seems that I needed to accept and start a rtd quest. I had only accepted it via windgram but hadn't yet spoken to npc to start it. Without doing that, most of the other quests were being blocked from npcs.
In the before bug update, I traded the [Event] Dark Ghost Blood Sorcerer Hat for Reffined Black Dragon Warrior Jacket(M). Now, I haven't the corresponding item to exchange for Reffined Black Dragon Warrior Hat(M). I hope GM will check it and compensate the corresponding item so that I can trade the missing Reffined Black Dragon Warrior Hat(M). Thank you!!!
