P.S And a few more words about this event. The Winner from Yin had 221 Red Moons (congratz btw). I can get 8 for one entry and with 14 days I`m able to get 56 tickets. So the maximum I can get without IM is 56/3*8=149 Red Moons. This is the truth about your event.
you cant get ranking passes from the IM, the most passes you couldve gotten for the first ranking event was determined by the login rewards and from the daily quest to hit the blood wolf which you could do 3 times a day if you had all of the characters on one account above level 235. The next two sets are a different because now people could have accumulated the passes over 4 weeks if they didnt participate in the first ranking event.
I can see how people would hate getting to stage 40 in ID though, getting stun locked for potentially minutes at a time with average gear would be pretty annoying and the dungeon is just super boring

Haha no worries, ID sucks, hopefully the rework is more interesting. Luckily we only have to do the quest 3 times, if I had to do it another 9 hours my brain would explode

mine too the 3rd ticket i login at 21/9,but my ticket are gone i check pdt time too why it said the ticket will up until 21/9 but 21/9 i not be able to collect it anymore?
This is due to the date on your computer. As it ended a day earlier for you, you were also able to obtain it a day earlier. You still had a week to claim your ticket. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with tickets that were not claimed.
The gift ticket works kinda weird, it shows that you can get a new one if you're ahead of server time since it refreshes according to your computers time. If you go in and manually set the pc time to server time then you can claim your previous ticket. It only works if you claim it the same day that the server time is supposed to reset. So of it's already wensday in your country and not yet in server time you can turn back your pc's time and get the ticket.
you fix the date problem also deleted my support ticket,which i sending at last tuesday but not return my event ticket at that point,you call me a liar? my whole event is ruined,and being call a liar you *****************

If you check the inbox of your registered email address you will see our response. Additionally, you had a week to claim the ticket, the same as everyone else. As we have said, it ended early as the ticket was available to you early.
some one got [Cash] special moon (3) and [Cash] special moon from in game [Event] Moon Box ? i opened 110 boxes and didn't get one [Cash] special moon . curious i am so unlucky or all ppls like me ?
I don't think you can actually claim it early. I tried before and again just now to make sure but, the gift just appears as claimable early, if you try to actually claim it early, it says it's not an event yet.
