Fearless deserved to be a rare in its original form the pre-nerfed version allowed the punches to be un-guardable from the back/uncounterable mid-combo, so it functioned like a kick combo Fearless immediately reached S tier during that time ever since the nerf, Fearless lost its hype, and is now only a collector's scroll now it bumped down to A- tier/B tier
Almost nothing in this game deserves to be rare but you fools make it hard for all of us when you let the hosts and devs know that you will shell out your whole mortgage to get a scroll that can be beaten by red storm/electro/mystic arts so they end up boxing everything. Now the people that can't shell out thousands on boxes won't be able to get my Buki scroll. Thanks guys.
Its not even a rare regardless its just boxed. It was given out like candy for a limited time on GC after the daily objectives or whatever RF calls it (i play this game like twice a month smd) came out so.

I was one of the players that spent a lot of money to try getting Fearless perm and with no success and a player actually sold his entire inventory to try and get Fearless perm through an event, and didn't get it. Block stun is when your blocking and how fast u get out of blocking for example when u unblock it's instant but let's say I just vales kg which has blockstun while u block you will unblock much slower Hitstun is how frozen you are while getting hit like when u pressure with a attack with recovery hitstun is present on every some hit lower than others it determines whether u can walkout of a combo Which is why people say pk combos are so bad the first punch of every scroll except bwn and sage has very low hitstun so u even if u hit from the back u can turn around and block the second part
yea this is what bring me interesting to using fearless after that nerfed lost interest to using fearless. Black hitman is more interesting me than anythings.
