How to view Account Info & Send in Support Tickets


1) Click your Lord Name then click Settings.
2) On Settings click the Account Info tab to view your Account Information.


3) On the Account Info Tab you can view the following:
Lord Name: YourName
Server Info: Kingdom1
Member No. 1234567890
Ver. Info 0.8.2
4) You can click on the Customer Support Center and it should link you to the RedFox website
5) Click on the Menu tab to send start sending in the ticket. Make sure that you take a note of your Lord Name and Member No. information.


6) It will require you to Sign in to your account so get ready to enter your Email and Password.
7) This email should be the same email you use to register and play Kingdom Hunter.
8) Once again click on the Menu tab click on Tickets to start the process.


9) You can now create a Support Ticket by clicking on the "+" as well as check your Support Ticket Status
10) Write down the "Subject" of your support ticket.
11) Select the type of ticket in this case it's a game "Bug"
12) Select the game: "Kingdom Hunter"
13) Type in your Lord Name: and Member No. This will be helpful for the Support team and saves time so they don't need to ask you for the information.
14) In the description section type in a detailed explanation of what you are trying to report and attach any image or videos using the "Attach a file" link make sure that the attached file size are not too big.
15) Once the Support Ticket is ready click "Submit" and your ticket should be sent.
