Dear Gm's / Support team. Why does my account has been Suspended and i cant lon in into game... before it happen i was severaly got dc's and log-in many time.. when i was into game log.. i havnt a character.. then i relog-in again.. when it happen it say " Account access suspended"... i didnt do anything or using any third party program.. i was playing equally.. hope that you would help me and get back into game.. thanks godbless... I'm having the same problem now but I don't know if it's because of how many times I tried to get back into game through steam and somehow it counted as long in attempts or what. I already sent in a ticket for it though. RT #25167 I'm not trying to get GMs to pay attention to me immediately I'm just saying you're not the only person with this problem right now. Until then I suggest we find something else to play and let the GM do his job. Hopefully it won't take to long but oh well. Oh and the situation you mentioned with not being able to log in and then suddenly being suspended is very similar so I don't think it's a coincidence. We just have to try and be patient while they look into it. In the mean time playing another game but I'll check in regularly. I hope you all get back in soon too.
this happened to me once, i panicked at first, and tried going to the playredfox's site which was down too... by then i realized it must be the same DDOS issue..you just have to wait for hours or until the site is working again, when the site is up, then so as the server...
can some tell me how to send a ticket please.. ive been suspended about almost 2days.. please i want to get back my account..
Go to " My account " Then to " My Tickets " Then go to " New Support Ticket " and describe your problem. Give them as much information as you can accurately. Then wait for a reply.
I'm back in again. So that was less than 24 hours. Pretty good response time. If you sent that ticket in about it and you did nothing wrong then you will probably get a pretty fast response. Hope you get back in bro.
