Changes and Updates: Routine Maintenance and Server Check GameGuard Update Partial Compensation for SNOW Event Item Issue [Pet Fix] Dark Fire Phoenix Defense stat is now changed from 2200 -> 2500 as intended We will be doing a partial compensation to players who experienced problems with the SNOW event items. Due to restrictions of how many items can be held in inventory, it would be impossible for us to return all the missing letters. As a result, we will be doing a manual distribution of Snowman Boxes during this Server Maintenance. Depending on the number of missing letters, players will get up to 5 Snowman Boxes added directly to their storages. In order to clarify how the compensation will be completed, logs were taken from January 23 until January 25. Based on these logs, we determined how many letters were obtained and how many were already used during this time period. If a player had 1-4 letters that were deleted during this time period, they would receive 1 Snowman Box, up to a total of 5 Snowman Boxes if 20+ letters were deleted. We understand that some players will have lost more than 20 letters, but due to the complicated nature of tracking and distributing this compensation, it would be impossible for us to do fully reverse the effects of this issue in a timely manner. We hope that this partial compensation makes up for some of the trouble this issue has caused. After the maintenance on February 6th, if you are still experiencing the loss of SNOW Event items, please send in a support ticket, and we can look into your case individually.

If there was insufficient space in your storage, compensation items were sent to the bag of the highest level character on the account. Tomorrow, we will post a list of character names that did not have sufficient space in both their storage or bags, so please check back then. If you character is on that list, please send in a support ticket and make sure you have empty space in your storage!
