nontransferable rares

what's the deal with this nontransferable rares sh*t?

 

sometimes u drop rares like that one..cannot be trade etc

like me..i just use that for cs or sold to npc

 

the problem aint rares that sht u just npc
but ther are leets beeing dropped and untradeable...

 

for real? O_O yo ask them to screenshot that for me please.

 

We have around 2 in siege 1 blade and 1 ring i guess
LeeMinJosh has blade ring idk who does
but he cant even cs it cuz it is untrdeable or either exchange

 

If I get a leet that can't be traded or cs I will see it as a sign from God for me to uninstall.

 

i don't know why they no action to that concern .. they tell that it was not bug ..
