    U lie us again, u said "Rewards will be distributed on March 28, 2017" but nothing happened!!!!! Keep the reward for yourself, we dont need it anymore! ****** joke event

    No, I'm pretty sure your epit must be bugged or something. I checked on both my toons and my friends confirmed that they have 50% ref epit.

    (Edit: Sorry for the trouble, I was mixing up the thread with another, I re-read the first post and he's right.)

    They send the wrong epithet on purpose because of the refine event going on. If they send the right epithet with 100% refine success, you will make all weapon to +18. They didn't do it because they want you to spend more money to refine.
    Now they said they will send out the right epithet on april 25th which is the refine event will be over.

    Its impossible,dude. Rate of 18th refinement is 1%, and if u have epi,deco,mastery,buff, the finally rate u get 2,7%, i dont think he can success with this rate.

    If you read the Refine Expansion announcement, epi, deco, masteries, and ts only work up to +15. only pot of blue dragon's soul and pot of eternal darkness raise refine rates for 16+.

    How come we can only refine clothes up to +10? Shouldn't it be up to +15 like the KR version with this refinement expansion?
