Well, when I asked about my TOP Ranking Rewards, and this is what they reply to me. Where is in-game name "Thu" and "Yoona" who got the Second and Third Dragon on that TOP 9 ?
March 14th. Rank 1: WTSlayer Rank 2: OutBreakK Rank 3: Yoona. Almost everybody knew this among the higher levels on yin server. OutBreakK should have gotten 2nd Dragon epithet. It´s obvious that the rank list they pulled was not from March 14th. Nobody was Heavenly Immortal at this point, like the rank list shows. (WTSlayer, OutBreakK and myself was in same band, so we can check daily, the lvls of eachother.)
