Where do you drop/get the War Spirit stuff??

Currently i'm trying to get some gloves for me but no one is selling them and they seem to be the best option so i'm just wondering...

 

If I'm not mistaken, you can get them in dungeons.

 

you can only get those at dungeon mobs,bosses and rarely dungeon boxes
...except the bamboo hermit (bear) in bamboo village,.it drops war spirit items..weapons,accessories and clothes (male only)...just a starter for low levels
