Why does the URL give the date 2016 - 2 - 11 then? As in February 11th 2016? In the first post, in your signature and in this message I have in the quote. Or is this website going all mind **** mode on me
The parameters show the date and the 18 and 19 are the numbers corresponding to the timezones. For GMT time, the date is the 12th and not the 11th.
