It's also the main reason wanted players use anti pk pill Wanted people have 0 chance to win against same clan even 40lv lower noob constantly hit you can eventually kill wanted players wanted people are people too REDFOX and remove guard hit wanted there's no need for this on PvP SERVER! Pker need more freedom cause it's pvp server remember?
Originally it was a pvp 'concept server' imo. I think over the course of CBT/OBT and the start of release they realized this just wasn't going to work for the majority. Open world pvp isn't the most popular of games and many of the biggest ones have already died out. I think the wanted system was a terribly broken concept and we were the ones 'alpha testing' it. The grind is difficult and long. Perhaps if that was reduced more people might be keen to get into pvp. The other problem, there is no balance in these types of games and without high refined weapons, trigrams, premium, ornies, etc... you are just going to get ruined by higher levels in pvp. There doesn't seem to be any major reward for players wanting to pvp, you get a bit of karma and a name on your combat record, that's it. The seems to be a lack of SDLC with these developers and they never seem to do testing prior to releasing. If they do any testing it must be incredibly quick without any testing plans.
lol today, wanted and 3 hours safe penality (they made it 3 hours O_O), it was an hell haha xD I had to die because it was unplayable, no chat no move no nothing XD
