NOTICE Server Instability Issues - April 7, 2023 (Resolved)

Additionally, please beware of impersonators pretending to be staff members in-game. Our team will never promise any items or benefits to you. We will never assist with account related inquiries in-game, and only through the RedFox Support Portal.

 

Update: Our team is still working on the server issues and would appreciate your continued patience.

We plan to compensate players due to the downtime and will announce the details of compensation at a future date.

 

Update 2: We are awaiting a response from the appropriate team involved with the servers.

We are also aware of staff member impersonators in-game, such as [TA]Support. Once again, do note that staff members will never make an appearance in-game, and if we do - will state that we will through our official Discord and/or RedFox Games Official Forums.

Update 3: Game servers have stabilized. However, we will continue to monitor on the changes.

 

Update 4: As mentioned previously, we apologize for the disruption in game service between April 4 - April 19, 2023.

Compensation will be provided for players that logged in between April 4 (after maintenance) until April 25, 2023 (before maintenance). The compensation package will be distributed no later than April 27, 2023.
