Cons:Since Kagutchi play a big roll in 1v1,the scroll isn't really for edgy map such as Moon,Sky Eden,and any type of map that is very edgy.Reason behide it is because since the scroll have such a long AoE.The movement will move pretty far kinda like combat tekkyon.So better watch out for dem edgy spot.Dont fall.Also have have decent delays. Ppkp Ppkk Look not matched. So you need to use the same combo on the k. It would be make sense if you put the kick from pp(k)p on pp (k) k. You can keep that multi kick at end.
This scroll needs so much work I don't even know where to start. First off no scroll has more than 6 combos as a cardinal rule i.e. Rage/WingChun has 1 punch combos and 4 kick, Inferno/Sumo has 2 punch combos and 4 kick, Muhon's/FiveAnimals has 3 & 3 you get the idea and the more combos you have the weaker everything else must be to compensate. Another issue is you have many redundant and sometimes confusing combos including combos with buttons that don't match the attacks like how your PPPP has a kick and your KPPPK finishes with a punch. PPPP is a knockback combo just like PP(G+K)KP and that's just not necessary. Your combo damage values are also very awkward and nonuniform with how damage is in RF i.e. 1st punches always do 80, 1st kicks 95% of the time do 90 etc etc. Also Paul dominantly uses a Karate style that incorporates Judo into it. The Tekken wiki's may not mention it but I remember reading my Tekken 1 2 & 3 player manuals in middle school lol. And I dont know this may just be me but I feel the name could be better and build more relation to the scroll and RF rather than an arbitrary reference.
