Dear RedFox Games Community, During the past weeks, many players have been experiencing increasingly severe connection/lag issues when accessing our games. This is happening because we are under constant and relentless DDOS attacks affecting games, such as RF Online, Rumble Fighter, Nine Dragons, Twelve Sky, Ares, and Karos. DDOS attacks work by overloading a website or online service by spamming it with requests, tying up all possible resources, so that genuine players are either slowed to a crawl or unable to connect. Due to the unexpected nature of these attacks, it is difficult to safeguard against them completely, but we are working to increase our infrastructure to reduce the impact of future incidents. Our teams will continue to ensure that future attacks are dealt with as quickly as possible to minimize the disruption to your gameplay experience. Providing a stable and enjoyable game environment for you all is of the utmost importance to us. In addition, we will be performing network maintenances to address this issue, and we will post additional information on our forums soon. Again, we would like to sincerely apologize to all the players who experienced any inconveniences due to server problems or connection errors. We are monitoring the status of the servers around the clock and will continue doing our utmost to provide a smoother experience. For the interruption we have provided the following compensation: Experience Bonus Cards 200% (QTY: 10) The compensation is available after maintenance until July 24 and can be claimed through the Gift Box (H key)

it is inconvenience but let us not come so fast for roll back players would not get items recently acquired if go back too far also by mass spam request I presume heifi and other map spammers? if so I propose not solution per-say but what if and hear me out as might need 'rules ' in this but anyway .Grant us rite to execute judgment . the spammers even in sz or pve place should be able to submit suspicious players stands spammers and can become wanted too stop the constant chat or we can put them down in where as we call them 'political criminals' wouldn't be able respawn or chat for idk 12 hours+ its something an idea may prove useful to finding a real fix even
Thank you so much for clarifying and your efforts on getting the game back up and running quickly in the last few days. The only feedback I had was a lot of players were unhappy during the process not knowing what happened. Hence it's always better for the player base to be aware of the issue - the earlier the better.
