Need help with installation

When i try to install the game, nothing came up but these error. I try to uninstall and reinstall microsoft .net framework, that didn't help, I search online but couldn't find anything. Please help

 

Make sure your drivers are up to date. I'll give you some help. Download the following:
Advanced Systemcare 10 (Free)
Driver Booster 4 (Free)
run a scan on both of them and it should update your drivers when you're done. You may wanna get a "Pro" key if you want Driver booster to update your NET framework. You can get a Pro key by just searching it up on youtube. There's ususally someone that'll make a video and will share their keys with you

 

Does this work for MACs too?

 

download free trial revo uninstaller, it removes any garbage left over from uninstalls
reinstall
if that dont work then rip idk

 

Uhm. Are you trying to run an EXE file on a mac? That's a bad bad idea... Never use Mac or Linux for gaming.
Unless your question is do the previously listed programs work on mac of you have Windows installed? If that's the case, then yes, they do.

Okay so I downloaded the downloader and the game and I run it and everything goes smoothly until I get to the character name page. I will literally type in any name and press ok and the whole screen just freezes and stays there until I have to logout. Task manager wont even work to close RF. I also have Norton security (LOL) so I feel like that is part of the problem. Can anyone help?

 

You sure you aren't using a name that's already in used?

 

That makes sense because it finally worked after I typed in some random name. But now after about 5 minutes after logging in my computer freezes and I have to turn it off. Sometimes when I press the launcher an "NProtect Gameguard" window pops up requesting me to send ERL files so they can fix the problem. Not sure what that means but I pressed send and the problem doesn't really go away. My guess is that it has to do with my anti-virus system trying to block the game.

 

delete gameguard folder then run the launcher, if u cant delete it just move it to some random place then run the launcher
