We are aware of an issue where players are unable to log into the game due to a "Login Error" popup as shown below that started at 03:00 (PDT).

We apologize for the interruption in service. Our team is working on this issue and we'll provide updates accordingly.

Update 1: We have made progress on the issue and players are now able to log in.

However, we have identified another issue where your account data is not saved properly, thus taking you to the character creation page. We are working on fixing the issue and appreciate your continued patience in this matter.

Please refrain from attempting to creating a new character.

 

Update 2: The issue has been resolved and all functions are working properly. Thank you for your patience.

 

Update 3: We are aware that the issue is back once again and our team is working on the issue.
