Lift the limits (40- is outdated)

    Honestly, The way stats work in this game and the dmg factor on certain scrolls, 40- even feels like too much sometimes. If anything, go back to 30- with unlimited Sp. or 45- at the highest. Saying we need to go to 60- is just unrealistic because depending on your scroll and how much crit + assassin you allow you can easily get 1combo'd. This game was poorly designed in the stat factors and just like blood said, Not everyone is getting stats up to 60- without spending money. You def are not "easily" doing it with carats either, sorry. And the reason you don't see new players GW is because most people who play are oldgens and are way beyond the newgens level of skill and its not fun for either party. thats why u only see private gws anymore.

    If anything, a PvP fighting game should just not even have stats to begin with. Everyone should be on a level playing field to determine who is the best. The fact that this game also has 0 balancing with items and you can further customize your loadout with 3 pouch items, scroll and two exocores is also pretty iffy.

    Honnestly spamming exocores in most cases is just using proper judgement and nothing else. You're literatly hitting 1 button that isn't part of a combo with any other functions of your loadout. I dont see why these rediuclous SP numbers is a thing cause it ruins it even more.

    Then comes the stupid nerf to armor, where before 1str would add 1 damage and 1 armor would substract 1 damage. Now STR works the same, but armor doesnt. Infact if you use equal numbers, STR wins. If both players do 40/40 arm and str each, the match lasts less hits than 20/20.

    TBH GW should be probably default stats, exocore moves should be heavily limited to like 3-4-5-6 uses max per round, depending on the important of them. A edge should be very rewarding with the time it would take to HP someone.






    Game just got worst post 1st generation guardian sets and +5 gem cap. Already that the system of stats for this type of game makes 0 sense outside of boss mode.

    Valid points, but 60 is doable for anyone with carats, regardless of difficulty.
    60 crit is not too much crit even for assassins who are significantly disadvantaged in gw.
    There was a time when people grinded together and the game was about more... that's all I want back. Grinding made guilds more exciting and worth being in. 60- gives people a reason to grind together again.

    I feel like at least a "carat/medal only" ruleset makes sense. Avalons can be broken and +10s and set effects make things wild. But carat/medal items? I mean we can still break into 50's pretty effortlessly...

    @Crescendo giving players the ability to raise stats ridiculously high is another major issue with this game and avalon shouldn't even be a thing. if it was up to me, gems should be found randomly in different ways like bossing, winning first place or even by reaching certain milestones. the gems should be locked to whatever +[x] they are and no such thing as a gem updating system like the one we have. that prevents players from dumping tons of money into the game for crazy stats giving them an extreme advantage. scroll, exocores and stats have never been balanced correctly in this game and it shows
