I just got my GC Account recovered But..

    Redfox is saying they cant do anything the hacker already transferred my account and i just recovered it but when i try to transfer it it has already been transferred i tryed letting redfox know but they said they cant do anything about it.....

    I'll reply to this to satisfy future inquiring minds.

    We simply do not have the resources necessary to verify your account from GamesCampus. If you're transferring an account, we assume it is your account, since it requires knowledge of 1.) UserID and 2.) password.

    I understand that you can send us screenshots as proof that the account belongs to you. Let's play devil's advocate. What if you were the hacker and you presented screenshots of an account you stole? Does that justify us cancelling another user's transfer request? Things like this we simply do not have enough resources to judge. Once again, we have no access to GamesCampus's account databases. I hope you can understand. Thank you.

    Curious what about people who sent inquiries previous to this change. Also if our accounts are compromised on Redfox, we can still recover it by means of sending a ticket?

    1. We have a new rule against cancelling transfer requests.
    2. If your account is compromised on RedFox, we will do our best to assist you through our help desk, yes.

    So I submitted a dqa on another account because my email is being shut down. Nothing can be done considering you cannot fulfill email changes?

    Nothing can be done on our part, unfortunately. While I'm not sure why your email is being shut down, you should request to cancel the deactivation or contact your email provider to see how they can help you.

    Alternatively, you can check if your provider has email forwarding? I know Yahoo and Google have it.

    Identity theft, that's why I requested the email change. It's to prevent anyone from gaining access again. But okay, I'll contact Google about the email forwarding.

    Yeah, so my suggestion is to: Not delete your Google/Yahoo/Etc? -> Set up Google/Yahoo/Etc? to [your new provider] forwarding service -> two-step your Google/Yahoo/Etc?. Now you don't have to use your compromised email, and others won't access it. Good luck!

    I tried transferring but it says I'm banned but I'm not banned and the reply i got from Redfox said we can't transfer banned accounts even though I showed me logged in on gc with the time and date as well as a Redfox tab open is their anything you can do to help?

    Well all I have to say is that I reported you for being a jerk and belittlement and I will be blocking you.

    If you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all. Smh when people try to act hard online but you know they don't act like that irl.
