having trouble trying to log in. message login failed if persists see a GM

Is anyone else having this trouble.
And does anyone know how to fix the problem

Ehm Yes log the 9dragons server, click the command prompt screen with the login server active.
Close it and open it again.

 

I logged out to change character and now I'm stuck out of the game too. o _ O"

 

Probably they will fix in around 4 hours or more

 

And I was so dreading the hours upon hours I was prepared to grind in SRS getting to the next HI level.
