Gamescampus support was trash so I don't get my account

They completely ignored me and moved my ticket to the non existent rumble fighter support just because I mentioned I have no characters for any game but rumble fighter

 

Do not mention rumble fighter at all and resubmit your DQA. Just tell them you forgot your password and you need it your security reset. Make sure to fill out the recovery form.

 

GC really screwed everybody over. We were all happy because OGP tried screwing us over but GC had our backs but SIKE BOI

I liked OGP better even with its favortism (which I got none of)

 

Webzen* *******. It was not GC's fault.

 

Ikr. GC/Webzen ended up milking us more than OGP. OGP only had that Enchant event before they lost rf. We've had 3+ updates and boxes being in the shop. Could've easily been over $15k that the community has spent.

 

Yes it's Webzen, but GamesCampus is still the face. I understand what you mean though.

What's worse is that you can't even contact them through any other means but the DQA. They don't reply to emails. They disconnected the phone lines. It's like wow. Take our money and run much?

 

I'd be willing to spend money on Red Fox (aka the true GC), esp considering so far things have been going smoothly.

Everytime I try to get help from them, this is all they say even though i didn't mention RF online or rumble fighter. This is ********. I quit rumble fighter if I don't get to transfer my account, I'm NOT restarting for a 2nd time due to them. Gamescampus is cancer.
