Game not starting for me.

    After I download the setup for 9 Dragons, It starts up the 9DSetup. In the middle of the installation, I get a message saying "Zip file error: Couldn't create/open file". I still continue to do the installation until it's finished completely. After updating the game, It stops responding when it is attempting to load up the game. Did anyone else encounter this problem? If so, what did you guys do to solve this problem?

    I had the same issue with the zip file error but I was able to patch and launch the client without any issue.

    Which browser are you trying to download it with?
    Do you have your anti-virus and firewall allowing the client?

    The browser I downloaded 9Dragons with is Google Chrome. If it still doesn't work, maybe I should use Microsoft Edge and download it again to see if it makes a difference. I also told my anti-virus and firewall to allow the client.

    Try downloading the setup file to a different location on your computer. It might be the location is messing up the file somehow.
