    If i gained the 100lp and left the guild i earned it in does the lp i earned still count toward the event?

    The ladder points should be reflected on your character when you switch guilds. For example: If you have 1100 ladder points and switch guilds to find that you have 1000 ladder points, you will have -100 ladder points as your total. If there is no change, there will be no change to your ladder point total.
    I would stay until the event is over.
