153 means the GameGuard.des file wasn't found. Do you see the GameGuard.des file in the root of the Play Red Fox folder and is the same file in the GameGuard folder? If not, try deleting the entire GameGuard folder and then run the client again, this will redownload the GameGuard files or try uninstalling/reinstalling the client.
