Hello I have this Problem with 2 of my Chars . 1 is HG10 and the other is HG1 . I cannot enter Purple Icy Dungeon and also cannot enter Purple or Green SRS . I can put a dungeon pazz on the Right and in the Middle but it wont accept the last pazz on the left side . There is no error message and the Problem persists since a longer time now even after some reinstalls of the Client . Other Dungeons work normal except SRS and Icy . Do you have any tips what to do ? Thanks in Advance .
