Demonic protection of black

Hi guys, I'm trying to understand this skill, but I have failed to do it.

The skill is Phantom demon (Strategist) on HD clan.

According to the description of the skill it reads:

Max Chi Kung will be converted into 200 of Max Vital Energy to 160 for 10 minutes.

I have tried to see what does this particular skill do, but before i cast it and after I do, I see no difference.

Could anyone please enlighten me?

 

if im not mistaken that skill takes from ve and gives hp

 

Ty bro, its exactly what it does, I didn-t see that in particular, since the skill talks about Vital Energy, I understood it was about VE, no HP.
