Concerned new provider might not have much concern for players

I just got kicked off the game and accused of hacking for absolutely no reason. Right off the bat, implementing the sort of system that would so aggressively attack players with no need for reason has me concerned as to the level of care and respect our new provider has for us. I personally will be waiting awhile before purchasing anything because of this concern. I hope players continue to voice their concerns and opinions as well as acting through the means of power they have to make sure their interests and a reasonable level of respect are kept in mind when redfox acts.
