I got account locked today with message Unauthorized Third-Party Software i have not ever used any "Unauthorized Third-Party Software". Anyone got same issue with me? just send a ticket ask for evidence. Is this the punishment for 2k% damage on crit ?
No. NineArts already gave RedFox position on this, nobody will be banned for the buged buff. Your message means you used another software program and log into 9 Dragons Awaken to play, maybe an auto-boot for farming or other cheat engine for doping damage, 0 decrease in cool down for skills, unlimited impervious, or others examples like this. That is a third party software.
Noone was banned in regards to the buff. As the title says, we are banning people for the use of ANY unauthorized third-party programs. If you have a third-party program open on your computer, such as auto-farming tools, our system will identify your account and you will be banned, even if you are not currently using it.

As i said i didn't use any TP program to modified your game. As my computer having Visual Studio, TeamView, Microsoft Office, Avast Antivirus for working and maybe some virus. But i don't know how to fix this issue if i don't have the name of the Third-Party program, which you guys refused to provide. i got treat as a dishonest gamer. that's enough to me. so now, maybe i don't need it too. If you don't intend to use cheats/auto looting / auto farming etc and have no idea what is causing the issue you can format your hard and reinstall a clean operating system without additional soft that can trigger the game guard. From experience I don't recommend using avast with 9dragons. Avast and game guard basically hate each other. I don't know about TeamView I never used it. You have to think that 9dragons does not like sharing a hard with anything else. If possible to have 1 dedicated system for 9d alone it would be ideal.
Do you have a virtual machine install ? GameGuard is not working with virtual machine and if you try all over again can be recognize as third party. Do you have any chat messangers open while trying to play? Like MSN/Yahoo/Trillian or anything tliek that. GG has kicked me for having them open (may not everyone - but has kicked me). Do you use any game hour tracking programs? Like OverWolf and using the ingame overlay for FPS count? Can kick you for the overlay. TeamSpeak, GCS Ultimate Gaming Chat or any chat programs that use an overlay to see whos talking or chatting? GG is very sensitive to thing such as those. have been kicked with the same message for all prgrams listed above as well as old programs like XFire/Raptr.
i just uninstall Avast . Replaced by Kaspersky, do deep scan and found 4 virus. Hope this action work. only one more time, i won't see you guy anymore, banned forever. Thanks guys for instructions.
