Can't update

I get constraints after maintenance. my game app can not be updated, just at opening time, checking client version. please help the solution.

 

Run as an administrative.

 

I have the same problem too. I have tried also through Steam with the same result. I tried to reinstall it through Steam but to no avail. I have tried disable the AV and Firewall, still stuck at this checking client version thing. FYI, it's not my internet because I can (uninstall and) re-download the game through Steam smoothly.

 

After patch i am lagging as hell everything is dissapearing and charackter stucking . Internet connection is fine

 

yeah me too..do several installed and reinstalled also download fresh copy of 9dragon..all same result..do not what to do now
Only happen after this new update..

 

hopefully redfox team support gives a manual update by manual patch since cant update in auto

The update is okay now. However, this error is coming up:

Spoiler: xKernel error

Even after re-install (and thus another round of updating) it still gave me this error which comes up after the gameguard and into xKernel loading stuff.

 

yeah me too...xkernel cant running..so another stages to facing after update recent patch...idk after this what of kind problem on running 9D,,,,omg,,,,,feel sick and tired lol

 

I've just done that, I even take it further as fresh installing the game on my laptop (I play games mainly on PC at home) and still getting that XKernel error after successful updating process.

 

help...help....help.....xkernel malfunctioning...i think after this stage will be login phase
