about the refine i ahd this issue and got it solved Delete the whole game+ all the CB Files/ installer ect , and start dwnloading the game anew this would fix all the issues about refine ( execpt the deco )
I'm having the same issue, even submitted a ticket, with a video which only shows Unknown item when trying to refine. Also I have deleted the whole game, 2 times already, and reinstalled, one from the previously downloaded client, one from a fresh new one. The issue remains. At first I was told that the weapons obtained by using the dragons couldn't be refined until you received the gold ones, I did, and still no luck... I tried also refining dropped weaps, no luck, purchased from Smithies, no luck... If anyone knows what could be happening here, it'd be greatly appreciated. I don't think it has nothing to do, but the system running the game is windows 10, on compatibility mode to XP SP 3, since It seems to get the game to be more stable, and also running in admin mode.
