Attendance BE unusable to obtain refinement materials

    I been receiving some BE from the Attendance Rewards, but when you trying to use that BE to get refinement materials in Hefei they dont work... anyone got the same issue?

    Go down to last menu that is "Blood Essense". Trade it to be real Blood essense then you can take anything what you wanna do
