wtf is all points bulletin

hey guys,
i have been doing my 2nd role quests in cc and some douchebag came to pk me , so obviously i started hitting him back till i killed him but now i have a very long debuff (350 mins) called "all points bulletin" nd i cant chat or light foot or anything , just a complete waste of 350 mins of my life on this stupid bug or whatever , i didnt even start hitting him , why the hell do i get long debuff for defending myself

 

Did you kill the person?

 

When i grinded at CC , mediation is used, they came to pk me , and ..... !!

 

If you kill someone, you can become a wanted. No matter who starts first.

 

Get yourself killed by another player to reduce the time. (If you care about your CR, get pk'd in LL)
