Why do i not receive 900% XP Skill pills? Didnt they give away skill pills to new characters? Last time i made 2 new characters in october they both received skill pills 900% but now i made new one and i got nothing? Is there a specific level when your receive it?
You get honor student manuals from the hourly gifts, you can farm manuals, you can buy from other players, but hey, why do that when you can cry around?
shhh dont be putting any ideas in his head. It's not like they extended the quest twice and reminded ppl several times
all new players are in the same situation. live with it or find another game. im levelling skills on a second character without them
