    really high skill floor and really high skill ceiling
    last hit in punch combo doesnt move YOU at all but knocks back opponent
    ppkpk combo is pretty fast, dunno about delays and recovery
    last hit in kpkk doesnt connect for some odd reason (even though it should)
    may be a bug, but grab is an aoe two hit(you have to be really close though)
    >>G is an anti air move
    Kg ppp covers a lot of distance, and you can drop from ledges and still have the combo going (like redemption's ppk before it got nerfed)
    kg K cant connect to any moves at all unless you have god like timing.
    if someone blocks the >>g you can flip past them.
    Kg has a very small window of inv (like mach knuckle small)
    Kg ppp last hit is a double hit that covers a good area

    i may be wrong about the details just wait for someone like tengu or branz to post about it

    Having all those options makes it sound like a low skill floor to me

    i say that becasue (for me) its kinda difficult to use all the moves. like ppkpk on paper sounds easy but i always mess it up in a juggle

    Well that's just new scroll syndrome, high skill ceiling would mean it's very hard to use the scroll effectively to get kills.

    Since it has white fang's first kick, a plethora of combos, a ground hit that will probably be fixed, a very good run z, and decent looking damage, I'd say the scroll has high potential, but definitely a low skill floor.

    so the >>G and G+P changes based on distance?

    Volt's KPKK is not entirely useless :D

    When you angle the P to the side you can practically hit your opponent every time with that last kick.

    Example: Your opponent is standing right to you. After the first K input, you angle the P to your left. With the last two inputs (assuming you retreat straight to your back - that means to left side of your monitor in other words), you can either hit right to the front of you (the horizontal hitbox ensures that the kick will connect even though you are standing to his left) or go for the angle to the opposite site you angled the punch to before - the right side.

    Turns out you can only land the ground hit after you juggle someone, but you cannot use the ground hit if you juggle someone with the ppkpk combo, which is really weird. I think Kg ppp Kg k connects I'm not 100% sure. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional

    Yes, but if its blocked, it goes through the opponent similar to Abyss >>G
    It has a multi purpose
