    Q: Can I transfer more than one GamesCampus account?
    A: Yes, but only one GamesCampus account can be transferred to a single RedFox account.

    For example, if you need to transfer four GamesCampus accounts, you will have to create four RedFox accounts and transfer one to each.


    Q:
    Will our character's level also be transferred?
    A: Yes, your level will remain the same.


    Q:
    What will happen to the data of the accounts that are not transferred? Including IGNs, guild marks, guild names, and items?
    A: Any account data not transferred will be wiped and will be up for grabs come launch. Yes, this includes IGNs and any guild data created under an account that was not transferred.


    Q:
    It is saying incorrect password when I input my GameCampus' account's information in the transfer portal.
    A: You will need to modify your GamesCampus' account's password and try again.


    Q: GamesCampus is not replying to my DQA.
    A: Unfortunately, we do not have access to GamesCampus' database or tools, so we can not assist with anything GamesCampus related. This includes the following:

    • CC issues
    • Hacking
    • Missing items
    • Lost/banned account

    Please contact GamesCampus' staff to resolve your issue. After the issue has been solved, you can transfer your GamesCampus account to RedFox.


    Q:
    Will our avalons, gems, and sockets remain intact?
    A: Yes, avalons, gems, and sockets will be carried over.


    Q: How can I make sure my transfer was successful?
    A: If you successfully completed your transfer, you will receive a message saying you have transferred as well as a confirmation email.


    Q: Will the name of the game change?
    A: The name is currently staying the same, but this is still in the air.


    Q: There are only a few payment options. Will more be added in the future?
    A: RedFox is working on adding more payment options for player's convenience.


    Q: What is the official launch date?
    A: TBA


    Q: Will there be a RedFox set?
    A: As of now, there is not. This may change in the upcoming weeks, but it is not certain.


    Q: Any news regarding future content?
    A: As of now, no. The RedFox team is currently focusing on the transfer phase. Once that and other major tasks are ironed out, the team will begin to discuss the future of Rumble Fighter.


    Hopefully this clears up some confusion. I will keep the thread up to date with your latest FAQs.

    They said they don't have access to the database. If you're smart you would take SS' of everything you have from GC. Also how the hell do you guys have nearly 100 posts already when you just found this place like today? What's there to talk about?

    I'm the one who informed forums. Been on forum all day pretty much. We are getting full transfers. The only thing they're double checking on, is our avalons and enchanted gems

    You're basically signing a contract that allows RedFox to obtain your GamesCampus' data once you submit your account information in the transfer portal.

    Really hoping to see that our enchanting data goes untouched as well.

    Also, I know unspent CC will be gone but I'm assuming carats will be transferred as well since right?

    I forgot my resell password and tried to dqa it with gamescampus but they never responded will resell passwords also be reset?

    Resell passwords will most likely NOT be reset. You're ish out of luck.

    Well idk about that one like once they transfer phase is done and they help desk for the 2nd password resell, they'll be able reset it, but idk

    Basically what @Queen said. You'll probably be able to reset the resell password after the transfer as DQA will be active then. Just be ready to present proof that you're the owner of the account.

    No need to fret, @Queen and @Tides are correct. Once the transfer phase is complete, you'll be able to submit a ticket regarding situations like this.
