Training Players Who Are New To RF.

This outta be a interesting story haha...
Well it goes like this.
So i created a Dos [Arena] room and i was 1v1'ing one of my friends.
When suddenly this guy shows up and he didn't say a word, just ready'd up and he was ready to go.
Now, he comes into battle and he is just all over the place punching and not guarding at all and the new people that joined are just beating him down until he types " Hey im new take it easy! "
Ofc they call him a noob and ez and all that other Rumble Fighter nonsense.
So eventually, i took it upon myself to add him and take him on as a Student.

First i took him to AI mode [ Thank you Nimonix for that mode ]
And gave him the basics on movement, drifting, jumping, and attacking.
After he improved a bit on that, i took him to BossMode.
He enjoyed Bossmode quite a bit

Afterwards we sat in the lobby for a while and i answered his questions about what class is better what scrolls and exos are etc.
Turns out he said he has other friends from Lost Saga that are downloading the game.

"So what is the point of this post NegroSaki?"

If you guys want Rumble Fighter to have a future, you must be humble to the noobies and be willing to spread your knowledge on to them so that they will learn and get to the point where they can teach as well and the cycle will grow and be more consistent.

I can't take people seriously if they have default eyes, omg.

I think I've "trained" maybe three people on GamesCampus. Problem is the beginner system. Should be that you automatically go to ameteur, semi-pro, or pro when you log in. They should bring back the beginner items from OGP. That was much better for newer players.

 

He got the full suit on lol, i had to gift him so clothes so he wouldn't look too noobish.

It would be a lot better if new players we're given a top 10 box that contained only perm items. This way they start off with scroll and exo. It's not like this would hurt Nimonix in anyway.

 

Nimonix would reply to that with the : But we gave them perm scroll boxes at level 11

 

Honestly, we wouldn't really need that. Just play the game long enough and you'll have a mountain of timed scrolls and exos. It'd be nice to have perm things, but timed stuff atleast keeps you busy until you're ready to settle down and lay some money down on the game.

well new players come in so few most of them are just people's alt i haven't seen a brand new noobie since like ogp times, its always the same people all over the place

+1 OP, I did this at Gamescampus release for some of my members in Original an they've reigned champions untill they quit but some are coming back. Tell this user to add me ingame. Just as a friend i won't take him from you Op, But that's awesome love the positivity. I rarely take students on myself but it was really cool that you did this. Brings Virtual tears to my virtual eyes. I hope to see some of us oldbies doing this more often. Hell you don't even have to be a oldie i know some newbies that could smaq down the L's on a team of pros. But man this is cool.

XD Bruh i joined in 2007 an would randomly take 1 year breaks. When i came back i wanna say 2009. I joined a lobby an all you see is kids edating an sht saying "Aww you so sexy" "Baby wanna date me" An then if someone came in with default cloths they'd try roasting them. Saying outfits meant everything,

At that moment i knew... I fucked up.

They should have a Teacher apprentice system, similar to the Family tree system i think you proposed in a earlier topic. But less edatey.

An i remember bruh, i logged in an logged off maybe .5 seconds after i realized the community turnt.
