    Yes, I've gotten several responses pretty quickly. Just remember that it's a whole separate team that handles our tickets, and not the GMs.

    ik man but holy crap i sent this ticket monday at 3pm est. All i want are my boxes to be fixed i can not open them what so ever. They said they fixed them but apparently not

    Maybe they have to contact Nimonix for additional support? We don't know and they certainly won't have a fix either. Be patient lol.

    when has any host been able to fix some of nimonix mess ups..
    half of the time the host isnt even at fault anymore its just nimonix leaving game to rot : (
