Hello, I put in a ticket for a question about not being able to play this game 90% of the time and its so far taken 6 days and still the ticket says (Being Processed) and I was wondering how long RedFox's service typically takes, if had faster service from game private servers. [which is sad]
Troubleshooting RuF is tedious and difficult because each PC has its configuration. That being said, the majority of issues experienced by players are usually a result of user-error. It'll take a considerable amount of time for Redfox to troubleshoot and find solutions since they have no previous knowledge of the game. These issues have probably been compiled and reported to Nimonix.
