Suggestion for easy fix on outdated skills and masteries

    Considering current state of the game & power level of relics, skills & masteries looks beyond useless.
    So my suggestion is just multuply all skills power x10. should look more relevent than current state.

    Sounds like something hard to add in item mall, but not impossible.
