Streaming music with other players

Anyone remember that site that players would go to where everyone would cue songs and chill in the chatroom while playing RF?
Everyone had little avatars and you could get new avatars if you had enough upvotes gathered up.
I remember a lot of people used that and it was pretty fun, anyone remember the name of the site?
