So how's the state of the game?

I played RF quite a lot back when it was in OGplanet's hands, but it was pretty **** with things like stupid high scroll prices and the fact that the scroll/exo selecetion for F2P players was just trash, I didn't bother with the game last time it switched publishers, but how is it now? Is there some sort of balance between F2P and paying players? Or were level-up chests added to the game just like in the korean version(there was like, one chest at 8 and one at 9 level and they gave you free pernament random scroll and exo so that F2P actually had something decent)?

 

Yeah you get a free scroll and exo after activating the key they give you also there are a lot of new carat scroll/exo picks that outclass many cash shop items like A.Infinite Ninjitsu and A.Serpent and Custom Yaki Cannon
Nimonkx made the game a lot better for f2p users in the past few updates
