Do "aerobic" exercises and avoid doing "anaerobic" exercises

"anaerobic" exercises are for people who have very good cardiovascular health, and are ready to do them. And "anaerobic" exercises tends to be very risky for the body.

Always do a "warm-up exercise" to prepare the body for exercise

"aerobic" activities:

• Walking.
• Jogging or running.
• Cycling.
• Swimming.
• Stair climbing.

You'll know you're doing "aerobic" if you are able to whistle and do the activity at the same time
If you are breathing rapidly, can't even catch a breath, can't even whistle, then it becomes "Anaerobic", and you'll find that your body gets more harmed by this level of intensity.

If you're in bad shape, "Anaerobic" is a must-avoid. "Aerobic" is always better for people who are starting out in exercise.

It is broken in low ELO because most of the players don't know how to fight riven. If you reach high PLATINUM or diamond, riven is way more harder to play. I'm a D4 Riven 1Trick, so yeah.
