Notice Regarding the 8th Anniversary Celebration

Greetings Dragons,

First off Joong Won Games would like to offer their apologies for the following issues in regards to the 8th Anniversary Celebration event.

1. The Shining Golden Bird Pendent success rate 18% was applied incorrectly. It is now correctly applied at 18%.

2. The [True] Azure Dragon Orb, [True] Azure Dragon Scroll, and [Rank 4] Awakened Azure Dragon do not allow the use of any Success Rate increases (Hero Band, Relics, Epithets, Potions, and Master's Creating Guides). The reasoning for this was to make item creation more fair for casual players who do not have access to success rate increase items. Due to a miscommunication between Joong Won Games and our team, this information was not properly conveyed.

For that, we do apologize, and will be sure to keep our eyes open so that similar issues do not occur in the future.

Compensation

• All players who have failed in the creation of the Shining Golden Bird Pendant, will receive a Shining Golden Bird Pendant. (with the exception of those already compensated)
• All players who have failed in the creation of any of the [True] Azure Dragon Orb, [True] Azure Dragon Scroll, and [Rank 4] Awakened Azure Dragon will have their materials compensated.
