Hey all, So I'm a CK hyb currently on tao maxing out dex first, then con then will be putting the rest on wis. My base wis currently isn't enough for my weapon, but my wis after buffs, relics, orns and whatever else exceeds the requirement. My question is does the accuracy penalty apply to base wis or buffed wis? Cheers
