why u think its not legal? it works simple: High char just grind with shared party while u (low lvl) stay at town afk (waiting for ur next chi breathing ) and earning exp... Favorite map for Powerlevel can be anyone but all use KL.. cuz mobs give huge amount of exp... With 5kk noone will powerlevel u 1h.. cuz for high chars 5kk is nothing..
