If you have router logs of a DDoS attack, you can submit a ticket with them and the support team will take care of it from there. I would recommend you to change your thread title. Witch hunting threads aren't allowed, even if it's meant to spread awareness.
Ah, I did submit a ticket and changed the Forum topic too, my bad. I sent along the chat report too, as said person stated that he would relog me twice.
