[Need Help]Item collection guide

Hi guys,
I've been grinding in Liaodong for awhile now and notice there are a lot of items dropped but I don't know which item to keep and which to ignore. They taking up my inventory space and I want to let go some of them to pick weapons. Can anyone give me some insight on which item to keep?

Ice and Silver spirit leader plates are the only ones you need.

 

Check "Loyalty" press "L" and click on Tibet - General Merchant - Combination .... And you'll see what items you need in Tibet. Also not only tibet but check every town that is available on "Loyalty" tab
